The Cape Ann Waldorf School in Beverly Farms acquired a portion of Moraine Farm in North Beverly last week from Project Adventure, the first step in a planned move to a new location next year.
The school purchased a 9-acre parcel of land for just over $2 million and plans to create its school building by renovating and expanding the Project Adventure administrative offices located on the site. Waldorf currently operates out of a building next to St. Margaret’s Church on Hale Street in Beverly Farms, but growing enrollment has pushed them to look elsewhere.
